cooking classes

If you dream of going to culinary school, wish you knew how to make perfectly flaky croissants and buttery brioche, hope to impress friends and family with a delicious meal and end it with a fool-proof, chocolate souffle show-stopper, have a certain penchant for French cuisine, or just feel like learning something new, then come join us inside Cookinghow’s test kitchen in Los Angeles for your very own personalized private cooking classes!

These cooking classes are designed to provide you with step-by-step recipe guides and hands-on instructions on how to prepare anything from classic quiche Lorraine to three, four, or five-course meals, including plating design. You can personalize your own cooking lesson or let us suggest a prix fixe menu for you. Each lesson promises to deliver useful tips, tricks, and even some of our favorite top chefs’ secrets ;) The best part of all is, of course, at the end when everybody gets to sit down and eat =D

For the most enjoyable and comfortable learning experience in our French Country-style kitchen, cooking classes are limited to four students. This makes for an effective teaching environment and a perfectly intimate setting for individuals, couples, and smaller groups. We can also accommodate for larger groups, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home. We will bring over all of the necessary equipment along with the recipe ingredients; we currently provide at home cooking classes within Los Angeles. For the full-on experience, we invite you to come along shopping with us so you can learn how to pick out the freshest produce and the highest quality ingredients… after all, that’s what makes a good dish great!

Whether in our kitchen or yours, we will teach you how to bring the joy of cooking back home… one delicious recipe at a time ;)
